There are many reasons why the Atom Pintail Longboard has attained such of a popular status among longboarders. One of the features that attract people to this board is its price. On sites like Amazon.com, this board can be found for under $100. This longboard is definitely an amazing board to give to your kid as their first board, and it also serves as an excellent beginning board for adults.

Something that people are immediately attracted to is the design. The design is simplistic yet elegant. The board is shiny and definitely would fit in around the beach. The colors on this board are extremely bright, and it has a prominent yellow and orange finish.

At 39 inches long and 9.6 inches wide, this board is extremely sturdy. The length of the board guarantees that it is going to maintain its stability even while traveling at higher speeds. It’s width of 9.6 inches means that there is more than enough foot room on the deck to allow the rider to get comfortable and to perform a wide range of tricks.

This deck is extremely attractive to people who like boards that have a traditional style to them. Since the board has a traditional Pintail design, wheel bite never occurs. Additionally, the deck has a slight concave. This makes falling off the board extremely difficult. The slight concave serves as a way for the rider to plant their feet.

One standout feature of this board is  the 65 mm super-high rebound urethane wheels. This is a softer wheel, and it is very good for riding on roads that are not even or that have a lot of cracks in them. You are able to enjoy a smooth ride even though the road that you are riding on is uneven. You won’t have any annoying or painful bumps along the way to interrupt your journey.

Atom Pintail ReviewWhen you look at Amazon.com and other sites that sell this board, you see that the vast majority of people love this board. Customers have responded positively to it because of its great price. Most customers commented that this board is perfect for a younger individual ranging from the ages of 12 to 14.

This does not mean that the board will not work well for someone who is more experienced. The Atom Pintail Longboard is anything but slow. It has a wide wheel base that is going to give more experienced riders the stability that they want as they are cruising at higher speeds. And, don’t let the size of the board fool you. Even though it is 39 inches long, the board is extremely agile.

The Maple laminate deck of the board gives it an amazingly smooth finish and also adds to the longevity of the board. The Maple deck adds to the springiness that you feel when you are on the deck.

To sum up this board, we would say that it is the perfect board for any beginner to intermediate rider. It has a unique design and is well constructed. The beauty of this board can be seen from the moment you look at it. The board looks great, it is fun to ride, and it is being sold at a price that is very reasonable. You know that when you purchase this board, you are getting more than your money’s worth.
